Grandma P's Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

3 Packages Dry Yeast
1/2 Cup Warm Water
3 T. Sugar
1 Can of Evaporated Milk
3 Cups Warm Water
3 Eggs
3 Teas. Salt
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Oil
11-13 Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, pour in 1/2 cup warm water with yeast and 3 T. sugar. Stir and allow yeast to ferment.
In very large, large bowl, pour can of milk and 3 cups of very hot water. Add 1/2 cup sugar, oil, salt and 2 cups flour. When mixture is cool, add eggs and yeast. Mix. Add flour 2 cups at a time until dough is stiff, but still soft.

Roll out a portion of the dough, spread with oleo or butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll into a log. Slice and place in baking pans.

Let rise again.

Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes or until slightly brown. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
