Sirloin Steaks
1/2 c. Brandy
1/2 T. Brown mustard
1 tsp vegetable Oil
3 - 4 Chopped Shallots
2 T. Butter
1 bunch Minced Chives
1/2 tsp. salt
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 T. Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
With a meat mallet pound thin the steaks. In a large frying pan sate in oil and butter shallots add mustard, Worcestershire, lemon juice and salt and brandy. Sauté steaks in pan and add chopped chive. When meat is me. rare remove and spoon sauce over meat.
