1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk



Frosting:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Frosting: Bring sugar, butter and milk to boil. Stir in chocolate chips mixing until starts to cool. Spread over cooled cake.
