1 large jar maraschino cherries with stems
(May marinate in vanilla vodka 12-24 hours)
2 squares white chocolate almond bark, melted
Sugar, dyed green with food coloring

*To make colored sugar: Use regular sugar and food coloring. allow to dry.
Directions:
Directions:
Drain and pat cherries dry. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate (I use Wiltons chocolate pot to melt chocolate). Dip bottom half of cherries into melted chocolate. May then dip tip in green sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Let stand about 10 minutes until coating is firm.
