Starter= 1 package active dry yeast
1 c. each_ milk, flour and sugar
Do not refrigerate or use metal bowls or spoons.
Dissolve yeast in small amount of warm water. Mix all ingredients together. This mixture will grow. Put in gallon plastic bag.THIS IS DAY ONE.

DAY 2__Squeeze bag several times.

DAY 6__ Add 1 C. each- flour, sugar, milk& squeeze several times.
DAY 7__Squeeze bag several times.

DAY 10_In a large non metalic bowl, combine batter with 1 c. each- flour, sugar, & milk. Mix with metal or wooden spoon. In 4 1 gallon plastic bags put 1 c. of starter each. Give to 4 friends with the directions.
