1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 T. chopped onion
2 tsp. marg.
1 can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
2/3 c. water
1/3 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/8 tsp salt
dash pepper

In a saucepan sauté green peppers and onion until tender. Add mushrooms, heat through. Stir in the water, rice, bouillon, parsley, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 14 to 16 min. or til liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
