9 eggs
4-6 cups of flour (sifted)
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 ⅓ cups sugar
1 ⅓ cups butter (melted)
2 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and then add sugar, butter, vanilla and baking powder. Make sure it is all dissolved and let sit awhile before adding sifter flour. Add flour a little at a time until the dough is formed.

Roll out dough with a rolling pin about ½ inch thick. Score lines with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.

Cut into rectangle shaped cookies, about 2 inches long

Bake at 350º for 12-14 minutes
