6-8 potatoes, cubed an cooked
1/4 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped onions
3-4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste and chopped fresh parsley


Sauce:
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
Mix together in small saucepan and bring to boil, boil till thickened. Cool

after Cool add:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream

Directions:

Add potatoes, celery, onions and eggs to large bowl

Mix about 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 2 tbsp sour cream into cooled boiled mixture.
Add to large bowl an fold into potato mixture.

Chill before serving
