Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 green bell peppers
3 red onions (they are sweeter)
6 cloves of fresh garlic (I like using the freeze-dried diced garlic found in produce area of grocery store)
1 large can of Mancini Roasted Peppers (this is your secret ingredient)
1 can of crushed tomatoes
3 Tablespoons of brown sugar
3-6 Tablespoons of Dried Italian Seasonings
1 Teaspoon of Garlic salt
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut peppers and onions into strips.

2. In large skillet, coat the bottom of it with olive oil. About 2 tablespoons or so. Add peppers, onions, diced garlic, brown sugar, Italian seasonings and garlic salt. Saute until veggies begin to get tender.

3. Add the crushed tomatoes and Mancini roasted peppers to the mixture. You may have to use scissors or a knife and cut the peppers into strips.

4. Cook over low heat. Taste and add more garlic salt as needed.

5. Serve over Johnsonville Italian sausages (that you have already grilled, not raw for God's sake) and a hogie bun.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I think adding the cooked sausages to the pepper and onions helps make the flavor better too.
