Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (18oz) pkg double chocolate brownie mix (I use Ghirardelli)
½ cup salted butter, melted
1 large egg
½ cup bittersweet chocolate baking chunks or chips
½ cup chopped toasted walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Beat brownie mix, melted butter, and egg together with an electric mixer on medium speed until just combined, about 1 min. Stir in chocolate chunks and walnuts. Using a 1½" scoop, scoop cookie dough and pace 1½" apart onto prepared sheets. Place cookie sheets in freezer until cookies are thoroughly chilled, about 15 min. Baked chilled cookies in preheated oven until centers are just set, 10-11 min. Remove from oven and cool on baking sheets 5 min; transfer to wire racks to cool completely, about 20 min.
