DOUGH:

Dry ingredients:
6 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Wet ingredients:
1 c shortening
2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 c sour cream

FROSTING:

½ c shortening
½ c butter
¾ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp almond extract
4 c powdered sugar
2 tsp milk

DOUGH:

Dry ingredients: mix together in a small bowl and put aside
Wet ingredients: blend together in large bowl

Place dry ingredients in to wet and mix, over and place in fridge for couple hours; roll out using favorite cookie cutters. Make sure to roll dough THICK and not thin.

Bake at 400º for 5 minutes, once cooled, frost away.

FROSTING:

Add desired food coloring and don't forget to taste the beaters
