1 1/2 C sugar
1/2 C. shortening or butter
2 eggs
4 Tbsp sour milk ( 1Tbsp vinegar mixed with 3 Tbsp milk)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas mashed up
2 C. AP flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter an shortening till smooth. Add eggs, and bananas. Mix well. Add dry ingredients alternating with sour milk. Can be baked in funnel pan or 13 X 9 X 2 pan.

bake at 350* for 40-0 minutes for funnel pan. About 20-25 for 9 X 13 pan.
