1 1/2 Cup Butter Flavored Crisco
2 1/2 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Milk
2Tbsp Vanilla
2 Egg
3 1/2 Cup Flour
2 Cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
2 Cup Pecan Pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Blend until creamy. Blend in egg. Combine flour to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 3" apart on a ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375º 8 - 10 minutes for chewy cookies or 11-13 minutes for crisp cookies. Cool on baking sheet 2 minutes before moving the cookies to a cooling rack. Makes 3 dozen.
