1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
¾ cup Minute rice
4-5 green, yellow, red or orange peppers, scooped out with seeds removed
Tomato juice
Spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and pork. Add onion and garlic until softened.

Cook Minute Rice according to directions. Combine with meat mixture. Fill each pepper with meat mixture.

Stand up in a large pot. Fill pot to about 2 inches with spaghetti sauce mixed with tomato juice. Simmer for 45 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top . Serve.

You can also put peppers in 9x9 pan and add spaghetti sauce and tomato juice. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Serve.
