9-12 ounces water
1 tablespoon salt
1/8 cup molasses
1/8 cup vegetable oil
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 tablespoon sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Combine water, molasses, oil, sugar and salt. Add 2-3 cups of flour. Beat dough until it falls off in globs. Add yeast. Beat with spoon, adding additional flour slowly by 1/2 cup until you can't stir with a spoon any longer. Knead by hand until no longer sticky.

Cover and let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour. Punch dough down. Leave 15-20 minutes. Turn dough into loaf pans. Let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Bake at 375º for 25 to 30 minutes. Turn oven down to 350º and bake 12-15 minutes longer until bread when shook lifts away from sides.
