Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a dish Grandma Zarka would like to fix. The smells of this fragrant dish; would've made one think it would be hours before one could eat. The smells would make your mouth water waiting to savor every bite. When ready all of about 10 minutes, Grandma would serve this simple dish of eggs with pita bread, so you could wrap the eggs and zucchini mixture in bites of the chewy thin bread. The flavors meet up to the expectations of the smells that had filled the room.
