1LB powdered sugar
1LB butter
6 eggs
6 cups all purpose flour
Pinch salt
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ tsp anise flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Pour melted butter over powdered sugar and cream.
Beat in eggs one at a time and add vanilla and flavoring until well blended
Mix in flour, baking powder and salt
Chill overnight
Roll dough on a lightly floured board to ¼ “ thickness
Cut with cookie cutters dipped in flour
Bake at 350 degrees until cookies begin to brown around the edges (about 10 to 15 minutes)
