Cake:
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups White Sugar
3/4 Cup Cocoa
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1tsp salt

3/4 Cup Veg. Oil
1 Cup Milk

1 Cup Cooled Coffee
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla


Fluffy White Icing:
4 tbs Flour
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Crisco
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla

For the Cake:
1. Mix together the first six dry ingredients
2. Mix together the milk and oil and add to the dry ingredients.
3. Add I cup cooled coffee and beat for 2 min.
4. Add 1 egg and vanilla and beat another 2 min.

Bake at 350 for 30-35 min

For the Icing:
1. Mix flour and milk. Cook over low heat until thickened. Put in bowl and cool.
2. Cream butter, sugar, and flour mixture for 4 min.
3. Add shortening and beat for 4 more minutes.
4. Add vanilla and beat in.
