1 - 5" square puff pastry, thawed
1 lb. brie cheese, small wheel
Pears and apples, sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice
Grapes and strawberries for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place wheel of cheese in center of thawed pastry; wrap completely, sealing edges by crimping. Place on baking sheet, seam down and bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
