1 pound ground beef
2 Italian sausages
1 pork chop
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped carrots
3 large cloves garlic, minced
olive oil (about 2 tablespoons)

2 16 ounce cans tomatoes, cut up
6 ounce can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried marjoram, crushed

Directions:
Brown beef and pork sausages. Cook pork chops. Cut up pork chop in small pieces-set aside. In large sauce pot-brown green bell pepper, onion, celery, carrots in olive oil. Then add meat mixture to sauce pot. Stir undrained tomatoes, paste, sauce, and rest of above ingredients into the pot with the meat mixture. If too thick, add 16 ounce can diced tomatoes. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered for hour-stirring frequently.
