4 cups of flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp quick rise yeast (fresh yeast - 1 cup water and 1/4 cup fresh yeast done on the side)
2 cups of warm water (1 if using fresh yeast as one is with the yeast)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl flour make a little hole in the middle add all ingredients in the middle and bring all ingredients together to form a ball. If need rub oil in palm of hands to keep from sticking. Then knead for about 10 minutes. This can all done in a stand mixer. Cover and let rise for about 2 hours or double in size. Then punch down and let rise again for 2 more hour. Then divide and make loaves or buns or pizza dough. Then let rise for 30 to 40 minutes until double again. Then bake at 375ºF for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
