3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup corn starch
2 cups butter (1 1lb)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter; add sugar - mix until creamy. Sift flour and cornstarch, add whip together until fluffy and mixture breaks. Either drop from tablespoon or add a little more flour and knead until it can be rolled.
Bake at 350ºF with very light brown. 9 - 10 minutes (8 minutes and then check ) Makes 7 dozen teaspoon size.
