1 lb of pork short ribs cut up
3 potatoes peeled and cut up bite size
2 red peppers cut up bite size
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
2 onions diced
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp hot chili pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In fry pan heat up oil add pork and onion. Saute until onion is translucent. Then add other ingredients except parsley and cook til golden brown about 30 minutes on medium heat. Place on serving dish and sprinkle with parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
