2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
2 t vanilla
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
4 large eggs
2 c flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, vanilla and chocolate in large bowl. Mix in eggs one at a time. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Oven 350º. Shape dough into balls and drop by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar, roll around to coat. Place on greased cookie sheet about 2" apart. Bake 10-12 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched. Remove from cookie sheet and cool.
