- 2 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter (**Room Temperature**)
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 12-oz Chocolate Chips
- 12-oz Peanut Butter Chips (Optional)
- 6-oz Walnuts (Optional)

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Mix together flour, baking soda and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar & regular sugar.
- Slowly add in the eggs while mixing. Add in the vanilla.
- Slowly add the wet mix into the flour bowl.
- Once it is almost combined, add in the chocolate chips (and peanut butter chips/walnuts if wanted).
- Make dough into cookie shapes/balls on a cookie sheet (8-12 per tray).
- Bake around 12 minutes, or until the sides are beginning to turn golden. Do not overcook!
- Let rest for 5 minutes (if you can wait this long).
Enjoy with Milk!
*Be sure to have room temperature butter. Microwaving won't work. *Optional-replace equal parts flour and oatmeal.
