300 gr flour
200 gr butter
100 gr sugar
100 gr ground almonds
2 egg yolks
1 or 2 tsp of cream or milk

Directions:
In food processor - Mix flour and butter (best straight out of the refrigerator) Mix until form pea size crumbs.
Add sugar, almonds, egg yolks, and cream. Mix until not crumbling. Place onto rolling area and knead into 3 long rolls about one inch rounds.
Refrigerate for 10 to 20 minutes or overnight.
Cut into 1/2 in pieces and shape into crescent in palm of hand.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Makes about 80 cookies.
