1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups unsifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Topping:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts or flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350ºF
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs; mix well. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combin four, baking soda and salt. Add to cream mixture and mix well. Combine topping ingredients in a separate bowl. Place half of he batter in a greased 9 inch springform pan. Sprinkle in the half of the topping mixture. Cover with remaining batter; sprinkle with topping. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until tester comes out clean Enjoy!
