1 Gallon:
7 large eggs
3 ⅛ c sugar
1 ¼ T vanilla
1 qt half & half

6 Quarts:
9 eggs
3 ¾ c sugar
1 ½ T vanilla
1 ¼ qt half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla together in large bowl. Add as much half & half as will fit in bowl. Pour some half & half in bottom of ice cream freezer. Add egg mixture. Top with the rest of the half & half, to the ‘fill line’(leave 2 inches at top). Freeze and serve
