2 lbs cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 can crushed pineapple ( only canned)
1 cap vanilla extract
4 to 6 eggs

Crust
20 graham crackers
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350º

Crust:
Melt butter and add to crushed gram cracker and add sugar.
Mix and press into a 8 inch springform pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.

In the meantime:
Mix filling ingredients into a food processor until smooth.

Pour into the cooked graham crumb crust in pan.

Bake for 1 hour in a hot water bath.

Turn off the oven and leave cake in to cool.
