4 Cups of Water
1 Cup of Corn Meal
1 Teaspoon of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 3 Cups of Water to a boil. Combine remaining cup of water, corn meal, and salt into boiling mixture. Stir constantly until thick. Place in bread pan and cover with plastic wrap. Place in fridge overnight.

To Prepare:
Remove from fridge and cut into thin pieces. Roll in flour and fry in butter on med to high heat until golden brown on both sides.
