"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 sleeve of saltines,
1 cup of brown sugar,
2 sticks butter,
chocolate health bar toffee chips.
1 bag milk chocolate chips
Reynolds non-stick tin foil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
line a cookie sheet with Reynolds non-stick tin foil
then layer saltines on cookie sheet.

Melt butter w/brown sugar until it caramelizes.
Drizzle on saltines,

Put in oven for 3 minutes (until mixture starts to bubble) (watch carefully).

Remove from oven – sprinkle choc chips.
Let melt and spread evenly over saltines.
(sometimes I will put back in oven for 60 seconds to speed up melting process)

After choc is spread, sprinkle health bar chips and put entire cookie sheet in freeze for 2 hours.

Remove from freezer,
flip cookie sheet over and by using the Reynolds release the foil should peel right off.
Cut or break up into pieces and ENJOY.
