Notes: Eleanor Doyle, Nanny, was a wonderful cook. When Rich and I were dating, we would take her out to dinner often. During these dinners, Nanny would share her cooking secrets with me. Nothing was ever written. It was all from memory. I am so happy we both had those days with her.
She always had a special place in her heart for her Richie.
