1½ cups sugar
4 eggs
1 lb ricotta cheese
½ lb butter, melted
¼ cup milk
4 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ salt
6 tsp. baking powder
5 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients with a mixer; add the last 3 ingredients. Rolll into 1 inch balls. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350º for 12 minutes. Cool, frost and add sprinkles. Vary the flavors of the cookie or frosting with different extracts. ie. almond or lemon
