1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson Oil
3/4 c. Apricot Nectar
3 tsp. lemon extract

Icing:

2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
Juice of two lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs, nectar, and Wesson oil together, then add cake mix and extract, blend well. Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 30 minutes. When cake is done and still in tube pan, cool for a few minutes, then perforate or prick with a fork in quite a few places on top, then drizzle icing all over. It will soak into the cake and make it very moist. Let set in pan until cool.
