6 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
6 TB butter

Directions:
Directions:
Seperate yolks from eggs in 2 seperate bowls.
Whip egg whites til beaten (put to the side til the end)
Melt butter in microwave (put to the side til the end)
Add sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt to egg yolks and blend
Slowly add buttermilk and flour to mixture.
Batter should be cake like consistency ( may need to add more buttermilk)
Mix in melted butter
Fold in beaten egg whites.

Cook on skillet greased with bacon grease.
