1 box of elbow macaroni
1 28oz. can of whole peeled tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 8oz. bag of shredded cheddar cheese
4 tbsps. of Worcestershire sauce
2 tsps. salt
1 tsp. of pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put tomatoes and juice into a bowl, then cut tomatoes into small pcs.
Dice the onion into small pcs
Put a few tsps. of oil into a large frying pan and saute onion until translucent, add the bowl of tomatoes with juice to pan,the worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and stir. Bring mixture to a simmer for about 5 minutes, then turn off. Start boiling water for macaroni, cook according to directions. Drain macaroni and put into a large bowl, add the entire contents of pan to macaroni and stir. Use any type of oven safe pan that will accomodate all the macaroni, fill the pan with macaroni and preset oven to 350 degrees. Put chedddar cheese on the entire top of macaroni. Bake uncovered until the cheese melts and the edges turn a little brown. Remove and wait to cool before covering.

Mark and I ate baked macaroni for breakfast, lunch and dinner, that's how much we loved it. This macaroni was good hot or cold. Mom tried to add ground beef once and it just wasn't the same.
