3 cups butterscotch chips
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
12 can salted peanuts
7 oz can of potato sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Put a large metal or glass bowl over a sauce pan to create a double boiler

Add and stir until melted
3 cups - or 2 packages butterscotch chips
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter

Add to the melted mix
12 oz can of salted peanuts
7 oz can of potato sticks (I added a 9 oz can)

Mix well, breaking up the potato sticks some to make it easier to mound.
Using two spoons or a small scoop, place mounds on a wax paper lined cookie sheet
and place in the refrigerator until set.
