Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10 c. bread that has been cut into 1-inch square pieces (I use half whole wheat, half white, my favorite white is challa)
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed small
8 large eggs
1/2 cup salted butter, melted (1 stick)
1 1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. half and half
1/2 c. maple syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar, or maple syrup for serving

Directions:
Directions:
-Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place 1/2 the cubed bread into the dish. Drop the cubed cream cheese evenly across this layer of bread, and then cover with second half.

-In a large bowl, beat the eggs, until lightened. Add melted butter and beat until combined. Add in the milk, half and half, maple syrup, cinnamon and the vanilla and beat until combined.

-Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, pressing the bread down to make sure it is all soaked with the liquid. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

-The next morning, remove the casserole from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

-Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Serve warm with maple syrup or powdered sugar
