8 oz herb stuffing seasoning mix
1 pan corn bread (recipe on pg.9)
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp ground poultry seasoning
10 eggs- boiled and cut up
1 boiled hen- cut up (reserve broth)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 bowl onions (about 2 cups)
1/2 bowl bell pepper (about 1 cup)
dash of pepper to taste

Steam onions and peppers with butter
bake and crumble corn bread
mix all ingredients and use broth to moisten as desired
Bake at 350º until brown
