2 cups cooked rice
1 hen
1 bowl (about 2 cups) yellow and sweet onions mixed
butter
6 raw eggs
10 hard boiled and diced eggs
1-2 cups Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
boil hen in salted water- then cut up(reserve broth)
steam chopped onions in butter and water
stir together rice, hard boiled eggs, chicken, onions, black pepper and vinegar to taste
add in raw eggs and stir thoroughly. Mix in reserved broth to make moist.
Bake at 350º until brown
