2 cups All-purpose flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup spinkles

Directions:
Directions:
1.) First, pasteurize the flour. Preheat oven to 350º F. Spread flour on a 9x13 baking sheet or Silpat, and bake for about 5 minutes. Let cool completely.
2.) Whisk the flour and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
3.) In a large bowl of stand mixer (or using a hand mixer), mix butter, granulated sugar and confectioner's sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the milk and vanilla and mix until combined. Slowly add in flour mixture and stir until smooth.
4.) Fold in the sprinkles or other favorite mix-ins. Using cookie scoop or spoon, scoop tablespoonfuls of dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and serve.
