1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose heat-treated flour
1/2 tsp baking soda (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Allow butter to soften or soften in the microwave at 50% power, Cream together butter and sugars.
2.) Mix in cocoa powder. Mix in milk and vanilla.
3.) Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
4.) Serve on its own or top with sprinkles and hot fudge. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. When ready to eat leftovers, thaw cookie dough on the counter for 15-20 minutes, or zap in the microwave for 10 seconds on 50% power.
