1 ¼ c flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
¾ c soft margarine
¾ c brown sugar
⅓ c sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 large egg
2 T milk
1 c quick rolled oats
1 ¾ c milk chocolate morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat margarine, sugars and vanilla until creamy. Add egg and beat. Gradually add flour mixture and milk. Stir in oats and chocolate morsels. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet.
