2 c. milk
½ c. sugar
4 heaping tbsps. cornstarch
½ tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 ripe bananas
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Bake your crust as directed on the package and cool.

In a sauce pan combine milk, sugar, salt and cornstarch. On medium heat, cook stirring constantly until mixture begins to thicken. In a separate bowl beat egg yolks with a fork and add a little of the hot mixture. Stir and pour this into the milk mixture. Cook a few minutes longer. Add vanilla and cool completely.

Chop bananas and add to cooled mixture. Pour mixture into cooled pie crust and top with whipped cream.

NOTE: Adding bananas too soon may result in a pudding that is too thin, Marc!
