1 can whole kernel corn, drained or 1 1/2 c. fresh corn
1 can cream style corn
1/2 c. melted butter
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. jiffy corn meal mix
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but cheese and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Then add one cup grated cheddar cheese on top and place back into the oven for 15-20 minutes. One large casserole dish or two small.
