1 pound ground beef
1 chopped onion
Dash garlic salt
Dash oregano
½ tsp chili powder
⅛ tsp thyme
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Tabasco Sauce
Dash red pepper
2 bay leaves
¼ cup parsley
1 16-ounce can of tomato sauce
1 10¾ ounce can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

Cook onion and beef until pink is gone from meat. Add seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce and soup. Cover and simmer for 1-3 hours.

This is a recipe my grandma learned to make when she first got married. The first time she made it, she put too much Tabasco Sauce in it, and when her one-year-old daughter ate it, her face turned red as it was too hot. Now it is the only spaghetti dish my family will eat.
