⅓ Cup Oil
1 Onion Diced
2 Ribs of Celery

1 Tbsp fresh Ginger
5 Cloves Garlic Minced
2 tsp Smoked paprika
2 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Cumin
½ tsp Cinnamon
⅛ tsp Red Pepper Flakes

½ Cup Fresh Cilantro
¼ Cup Fresh Parsley
4 Cups Chicken Broth
4 Cups Water
1 - 15oz can Chic Peas (drained and rinsed)
1 Cup Brown Lentils ( do not use red they will turn to mush)

28 oz Can Tomatoes
½ Cup Orzo

4oz Swiss Chard or Kale Chopped thick stems removed

2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ Cup Cilantro
¼ Cup Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan add oil, onion and celery. Cook 7 minute until translucent and a little brown.

Add ginger,garlic cook 1 min then add smoked paprika, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, red pepper flakes and cook for a few minutes.

Next add 1/2 Cup cilantro, 1/4 Cup Parsley, chicken broth, water, chic peas, brown lentils. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.

Then add tomatoes and orzo. Cover and simmer 7 minutes then add Swiss Chard or Kale.

Cook an additional 5 minutes. Taste to make sure orzo is cooked.

Turn off heat and add 2 Tbsp Lemon juice, 1/4 Cup cilantro and 1/4 Cup Parsley.

Garnish with Harissa and lemon.
