Idahoe potatoes
salt, pepper
parmesian cheese
garlic powder
stick of butter
water
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Peel Idahoe potatoes. Slice into thin strips but do not cut through. Place in 9x13 glass dish without a cover. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, parmesian cheese, parsley and garlic powder. Melt one stick of butter and pour over the top. Add just enough water so that the potatoes are 1/2 covered. Bake 1-1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
