1/2 pint carton of whipping creme
1/2 c. sugar
3 bananas, cut in slices
3 oz. pkg. chopped pecans
2 16 oz. frozen strawberries in syrup
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Whip the whipping creme and 1/2 c. sugar with mixer. Fold in, by hand, remainder of ingredients and place in 9x13 pan. Cover and place in freezer. Cut into squares and serve frozen on lettuce leaf.

Family Memories from Susan: A must at Thanksgiving. It is light and refreshing with the heavy dinner. Those of us who love it, can't wait to have it. Those of us who are afraid to try it, think it looks pretty on the plate as it melts!
