2 oz. cream cheese (soft)
6 T. butter (soft)
1/4 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
15 drops Lemon Essential Oil
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Cream butter, cream cheese and sugars until smooth. Add essential oils, vanilla and eggs. Mix again. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet, mix well. Scoop onto parchment lined sheet. Bake 9-10 minutes. Remove from sheets. Dust with powdered sugar

In place of essential oils try a bit of extract.
